The client is required to be as clear as possible regarding the service they wish to obtain and to remember that this entire process must be taken seriously. If the client displays an offensive or uncomfortable attitude toward the artist, their service request will be ignored.★
Communication must be constant and mutual by both sides. The client has the right to request updates, but must respect the artist's prior communication regarding more urgent personal matters. This could affect the estimated time of the service.☆
Payment will be separated in two parts.
FIRST: The client must pay 50% in advance once an agreement has been reached. After payment confirmation, the artist would start working on the requested service.
SECOND: Once the commission is finished, the client must pay the remaining price to receive the finished workpiece.★
At the beginning of the project, the artist offers to help the client clarify and/or extend their ideas by presenting several options in form of sketches before choosing the final idea. It's not a problem if the idea isn't completely consistent, we work on it!☆
The client has the right to suggest changes in the sketches phase, but once the colors and rendering begins this will not be possible unless additional payment is made for the new changes.★
The estimated time for the commission to be finished is between 1 and 2 weeks.☆
The commission will be sent by Gmail on "ZIP" format, or directly in "JPG", "TIFF", "PNG" formats, depending on the clients preferences. For clients who request the "Full Color" commission service, you can also request the lineart of the illustration separately if you wish.★
Links will not be accepted as reference sources unless requested by the artist. Only written data and/or multimedia content are allowed for safety purposes.☆
The client must be aware that no refunds are accepted and the workpiece are just for personal use.★
Payments can be made through Banco Estado, Banco de Chile and Paypal.‼
REAL PERSON CONDITIONI would draw real people if the client is willing to give me context about their relationship with the drawn person. This, in addition to helping me know how to draw them more effectively, makes it clear that the person is known and the request is not for malicious reasons, which is what I want to prevent.In the case of minors, the possibility is not even debated; it will simply not be accepted.‼
SIMPLE BACKGROUND DETAILS
If the client is interested in requesting this option for the "Full Color" services, the main objective is to discuss the idea and the boundaries. If the background is too complex or the main focus of the illustration i won't be able to fulfill the request. You can refer to my portfolio for examples of simple background, the first illustration being the most accurate representation of what i'm capable of doing.
